Lee joined BIMA in September 2018 to develop the BIMA HR Strategy and its execution and leads a team of HR professionals working across BIMA’s global markets. He was previously at Microsoft and HSBC, where he held a number of HR Business Partnering roles, and was the Microsoft UK Customer Experience Lead. He has Led HR functions across a range of sectors from Technology and Financial Services to Entertainment, Gaming and 3rd party logistics and spent 6 years working in HR Leadership roles across Australia and SE Asia.
Lee holds a Post-graduate Diploma with distinction in HR and a B.A (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Durham.
Camilla joined BIMA in early 2017. As Office Manager, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the London office. Her responsibilities range from financial and administrative functions, to managing supplier relationships and supporting the HR team.
Before joining BIMA, Camilla worked for a Japanese firm in Europe with quite a broad role, drawing in elements of office manager, PA and HR with some responsibility for financial submissions as well.
