Craig Fergusson


Craig joined BIMA in August 2016 to develop the HR strategy and its implementation. He joins us from the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Association where he was an Associate Director, designing and delivering an end-to-end HR function across multiple geographies and managing a small team. Prior to this he was HR manager with the Carbon Trust, having spent some time as a head-hunter in quantitative finance & asset management. Craig started his career in finance as a technology, media & telecommunications (TMT) marketing analyst at FOR Securities, a small Financial Services boutique, following time in New York working in biotech M&A as a technical analyst while studying.

Craig has a BSc & PhD in Chemistry, a PGCert in International Business and more recently an MSc in Human Resources & Development

William Robertson

HR Manager

William joined in 2017, and has responsibility for recruitment activities at the global and regional level for BIMA.

Previously, he worked in the legal executive search sector as a Research Associate and Consultant. Before that, William worked in the legal publishing industry, latterly as a Deputy Editor.

William holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham.

Marru Oanes

HR Administrative Assistant

Marru joined BIMA in October 2017 as HR Administrative Assistant. Marru provides support and administrative assistance to the Global HR team, to ensure that it performs at its best.

Before joining BIMA, Marru previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant, recruiting Healthcare professionals in NHS Hospitals all over the UK.

Marru has a BSc in Economics and Politics from Queen Mary University of London.

Camilla Megumi

Office Manager

Camilla joined BIMA in early 2017. As Office Manager, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the London office. Her responsibilities range from financial and administrative functions, to managing supplier relationships and supporting the HR team.

Before joining BIMA, Camilla worked for a Japanese firm in Europe with quite a broad role, drawing in elements of office manager, PA and HR with some responsibility for financial submissions as well.
