Stephen Joined BIMA in February 2019 taking on the role of Director of Product and Technology. Passionate about using technology to delivery amazing experiences to consumers He has been creating disruptive consumer experiences across a number of industries including Gambling, Healthcare, eCommerce, Banking, and CPG. Most recently Stephen was Global Head of Digital at RB managing teams in 6 countries delivering a variety of digital experience for RB brands like Neurofen, Detol, Durex and Enfamil.
Stephen holds a Batchelor of Science in Managerial and Business Administration from Aston Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketeers.
Global Health Strategy Manager
Jose joined BIMA in 2016 as Global Health Strategy Manager.
Before joining BIMA, Jose started out his career as a practising clinician in Spain, where he founded his own network of healthcare clinics before joining McKinsey as a health sector practice expert. He’s joining us from Telefonica where he was most recently a director on their global eHealth team.
Jose holds a MD from the School of Medicine at the University Complutense and an MBA from Kellogg.
Global Insurance Products Manager
Christina joined BIMA in 2018 as the Global Insurance Products Manager. She works with the local market teams to optimize existing insurance product terms as well as pricing, developing and piloting new insurance products.
Before joining BIMA, Christina worked as a Pricing Actuary at Pacific Life Re and a Product Development Actuary at VitalityLife in London. She is also a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries Working Party for e-cigarettes and their impact on the insurance industry.
Christina holds a Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
Global Customer Experience manager
Nicole joined BIMA in September 2018. As Global Customer Experience Manager she manages BIMA's voice of the customer systems and drives the optimisation of core customer journeys across the business.
Prior to BIMA, Nicole was a manager in PwC’s Financial Services Customer and Digital consulting practice where she led the design and delivery of new, engaging customer experiences for clients in the UK and South Africa. Her flagship projects include the redesign of customer journeys, creation of new digital propositions and partnership development with South African Fintechs and UK Insurtechs.
Nicole holds a MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and the Hong Kong Polytechnic university.
Global Technical Product Manager
Prasanth joins BIMA with nearly seventeen years of experience in the technology sector in India. He started his career as a software engineer before becoming a tech entrepreneur, and then ultimately moving into product management.
Most recently, he worked as a Senior Product Manager with the leading e-commerce company Flipkart.
Prasanth holds a Bachelor of Technology in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from IIT.
Rebecca joined BIMA in November 2018 as Memedical Copywriter. Rebecca writes and develops content for BIMA health programmes.
Rebecca qualified as a medical doctor in the UK, specialising in Public Health. She has worked for the National Health Service, Local Government and developed social marketing programmes for specialist Public Health providers. Rebecca has developed Public Health and Community programmes with local and International NGOs in sub-Saharan Africa and South America.
Rebecca has a Masters in International Public Health from the University of Sydney, and is a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health.
