Papa joined BIMA in Ghana over a decade ago as an Agent Manager and has since worked his way through a variety of roles across sales and operations—including Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager, and HR Manager. Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer for Africa, overseeing teams and operations across the region.
